These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Pilatix and any individual or legal entity placing an order via the website.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Pilatix.

3. Products and Availability
Pilatix sells equipment, accessories, and materials dedicated to Pilates practice, intended for personal or professional use.

Products are offered while stocks last or depending on manufacturing and supply capacity.
If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. An appropriate solution may be offered, including:
- A replacement with an equivalent product
- A delivery delay
- A full or partial refund
Product photographs and visuals are intended to accurately represent the products offered. Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur depending on manufacturing batches, materials, and screen settings.
Slight variations may occur depending on models, materials, finishes, production batches, or display settings.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Pilatix sells its products in France and internationally.
Prices do not necessarily include delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout based on various criteria, including:
- Type of product ordered
- Weight or volume of the order
- Delivery address
- Logistical constraints
- Specific transport requirements
For certain orders, especially large equipment or complex deliveries, additional fees may apply depending on destination or access conditions.
Pilatix reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

5. Orders and Payment
An order becomes final once:
- Payment has been successfully validated by the customer
- An order confirmation email has been sent

No banking data is stored by Pilatix.
Pilatix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

6. Delivery

Pilatix remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
However, Pilatix cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from:
- Events beyond its control
- Force majeure
- Delays attributable to the carrier
For certain bulky equipment, such as Pilates Reformers, specific delivery conditions, handling, or appointment scheduling may be required.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day period from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

To process the request, customers should include:

- Product concerned
- Withdrawal request
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- In perfect condition
- Returned in their original packaging or with adequate protection
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service before shipment.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon receipt
- Not compliant with the order
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

8. Warranties
Commercial Warranty
Some products benefit from a specific commercial warranty detailed in the Warranty Policy available on the website.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Reformer frame: 5-year warranty
- Accessories: 1-year warranty
The commercial warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused by misuse
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
Legal Warranties
Independently of any commercial warranty, customers also benefit from legal warranties under French law, including:
- Legal warranty of conformity
- Warranty against hidden defects
9. Liability
Pilatix cannot be held responsible for:
- Improper use of products
- Incorrect installation or installation by a third party
- Access or installation constraints not reported before delivery
- Indirect damages related to product use
- Delivery delays attributable to carriers
- Events beyond its control
The customer remains responsible for the use of the products after delivery.
10. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Pilatix until full payment has been received.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, visuals, videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
